July 8 – Retro Circus at Cookies and Cream, South Buffalo

For this show, we brought those chic Queen’s Gambit 1950s and 60s aesthetics to life with the help of local sweet shop, Cookies and Cream.   This charming little shop delivers treats beyond just the cookies and ice cream.  Walking in feels like walking back in time to the golden age of the ice cream parlor with green vinyl booths and the perfect checkerboard floor.  Behind the shop is a lovely courtyard where we entertained the Friday evening ice cream crowd with retro-inspired aerial hoop and trapeze acts.
