Join our Duo Aerial Hoop Series at our Southtown location in West Seneca! Designed for those with at least 3 months of experience, this exciting class will take your skills to the next level with dynamic partner work. Grab a friend and fly together, or come find new friends to fly with!

Had my first beginner’s class with Erica yesterday! I was worried that I’d feel weird as someone who’s *never* done aerial and barely any regular yoga, but Erica is great and will walk you through what you don’t understand. The others in the class were all really nice too. Just a supportive and fun environment overall, which is great for someone just getting started.
