What to expect in an aerial class:
We start with a warm up, this might include some yoga based or pilates movement on the ground. Some of our coaches have a dance background and may incorporate some of that into their warm up routine. After a warm up (around 10-15 minutes) you will move to your apparatus. This is where your coach will help guide you through different skills on apparatus and focused conditioning. Our coaches do a great job of supporting you through your aerial journey, they work to have a mix of skills for all levels to ‘get a win’ in class!
Things you might not expect:
Some skills might come easier than others to you. You might find the apparatus you started with isn’t for you (ask some of our coaches!). You might not expect what you body is possible of, we have watched countless people walk through our doors saying “I will never be able to do that!” and after some time and dedication they do in fact ‘DO THAT!’ You also might not expect the friendships you will form within our studio. We hope you come to find the unexpected in our studio!

We offer a variety of monthly memberships to best align with your needs. All monthly memberships include unlimited open gym passes! If you are a traveling aerialist we do offer a drop in pass, which is only good for our level classes (no drop ins for our intro series).
