We have a variety of aerial apparatus for you to try. From total beginners to advanced aerialists we have a class for everyone! Our adult classes offer a fun way to move, get creative and get stronger. Check out the adult classes schedule below (please note level 1 classes are NOT for new aerialists, check out our intro classes).
What to expect in an aerial class:
We start with a warm up, this might include some yoga based or pilates movement on the ground. Some of our coaches have a dance background and may incorporate some of that into their warm up routine. After a warm up (around 10-15 minutes) you will move to your apparatus. This is where your coach will help guide you through different skills on apparatus and focused conditioning. Our coaches do a great job of supporting you through your aerial journey, they work to have a mix of skills for all levels to ‘get a win’ in class!
Things you might not expect:
Some skills might come easier than others to you. You might find the apparatus you started with isn’t for you (ask some of our coaches!). You might not expect what your body is possible of. We have watched countless people walk through our doors saying “I will never be able to do that!” and after some time and dedication they do in fact ‘DO THAT!’ You also might not expect the friendships you will form within our studio. We hope you come to find the unexpected in our studio!
Intro– For anyone looking to try aerial. No pull-ups or splits required! ‘Intro to Silks’ you will learn the basics of aerial fabric. ‘Intro to Metals’ you will learn both the trapeze and hoop.
Level 1– For students who have completed the intro skills and are ready to build a solid foundation.
Level 2– For students who have mastered the foundations and are ready for longer sequences of skills and inverting from the ground.
Level 3– For students who have mastered level 2 skills and can stay in the air for a long period of time, may also be inverting in the air.

Tuesday 7:00-8:15 — Level 3 Trapeze
Wednesday 1:00-2:00 — Intro to Metals
Wednesday 7:00-8:15 — Level 2 Silks

$25 for single intro class
$85 for Intro Buddy System- 4 intro classes for you and 4 for a friend!
$60 for 4 adult intro classes (Silks and/or Metals)
$30 for single class
$80 for 3 drop in credit pack
Memberships

Any monthly member enjoys the perks of unlimited open gyms, special pricing for workshops, and more! Email buffaloaerialdance761@gmail.com if you need to change or cancel your membership before the end of the month, memberships auto renew on purchase date unless studio is notified via email.
