Level 1 Silks

Please note this is not an entry level class!  SEE PREREQUISITES BELOW.

Class Description: In order to get up in the air, you need strength; in order to move smoothly, you need flexibility and good body control.  This is what we focus in Level 1.  Expect to learn footlock poses, several “knot” moves, as well as plenty of strength-building drills.  At this level, we also teach several fundamental climbs as well as a few flashier moves that are beginner-friendly.

Prerequisites: Students should have completed our Intro Series prior to taking this class.
