Melt with Metals- A Lyra Heels Workshop
In this intermediate workshop “Melt with Metals”, students will take their lyra (aerial hoop) practice to a
new sensual place. This workshop is designed for those with a solid understanding of lyra basics, as it focuses on enhancing these skills with the addition of heels.
We will be learning choreography and movements based on wearing 7-8 inch pole heels (like pleasers). Street heels are not appropriate for this workshop as they do not provide enough support. Knee pads are recommended as we will be performing floor work in addition to lyra work.
This class is ideal for those looking to challenge themselves and get in touch with their sexy side. Feel free to dress in pole style clothing, but be aware that lyra’s are taped.

What to expect: Expect to explore graceful transitions, power poses and fluid movements.
Requirements: Level 1+ lyra (hoop) experience. Pole style heels (pleasers, pole junkie, hella heels, ect) and knee pads.
