Sourcing Movement workshop with Shannon Gray 12/20/14

We feel so lucky to have a local connection with this amazing woman!  She taught us her signature workshop over two days – one day using vertical apparatus and the next using silks and lyra.  But we were in for so many explorations beyond what we were used to.  The workshop taught us how to begin connecting movements intrinsically, how to find musicality, and how to reflect on our own aerial dance experiences. SO many possibilities!
