West Seneca Youth Summer Classes
Inside Metts Dance (located at 3529 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224) we bring aerial to the southtowns!
At this location we offer silks and double point lyra classes. We offer classes Sundays and Thursdays! This is a great location with small class sizes (6 students to 1 coach).
Class descriptions & Prerequisites
Intro to circus: A beginner friendly class to introduce our two main apparatus, silks & hoop. This class will give a foundation in both these apparatus, class time will be split between both apparatus.
Level 1 circus: A leveled class to focus on our two main apparatus, silks & hoop. This class will build on the introductory skills on both these apparatus, class time will be split between both apparatus. This class is for students who have completed our intro series or a footlocks & fun series.
Footlocks & Fun: For ANY experience levels to focus on the fundamental aerial silks skills of footlocks. *Beginner Friendly*
Duo Hoops: For ANY experience levels to learn the art of duo work. Students will be sharing hoops and be in close contact with each other. Students can bring a friend or come make a new friend! *Beginner Friendly*
Drop it like it’s HOT: For level 2 students ONLY. This series will focus on aerial silks drops and students must have a strong inversion and completed level 1 silks curriculum.
Aerial Flow: For Level 1 and up students to focus on connecting skills and creating sequences. We will be doing different choreography each class to different styles of music.

Intro to Circus: Sundays from 10:30am to 11:30am
Level 1 Circus: Sundays from 11:30am- 12:30pm
Duo hoops: Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Aerial Flow: Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
July (7/6 – 7/31)
Intro to Circus: Sundays from 10:30am to 11:30am
Level 1 Circus: Sundays from 11:30am- 12:30pm
Footlocks & Fun: Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Aerial Flow: Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
August (8/3 – 8/28)
Intro to Circus: Sundays from 10:30am to 11:30am
Level 1 Circus: Sundays from 11:30am- 12:30pm
Drop it like it’s HOT: Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Aerial Flow: Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Early bird specials for Summer Classes (available till 4/30/25)
*All summer class pack credits can be used from June 1st to August 28th*
$65 for Summer 4 class pack
$130 for Summer 8 class pack
$188 for Summer 12 class pack
$375 for Summer 24 class pack
*More class packs for summer will be released in May*
